This can be an extremely hard thing to do for some people. Here's how I approach this.
You cannot force anyone in this type of business to do something. They will either have the necessary drive to succeed or they won't. You're more likely to find more individuals who are skeptical than those who are not. This is OK and should be expected.
You're only job is to be there for those who are indeed interested and support them along the way. You do not have to be there for those who do not believe in this type of business. It's simply a waste of your time to try and convince the doubters that this business works. All you can do is be a positive example and support them along the way.
Through your support, they will either believe or quit. For the believers, keep showing them the way. For the quitters, let them go. Focus your energies on those who believe rather than those who don't.
