If a sponsor is not responsive, then the questions should be addressed to the help/support section of SFI by placing a ticket or to the other sponsor/co-sponsor. If this is very difficult or unsatisfactory, the affiliate should ask Gery the procedure and steps to be taken in view to receive a new Sponsor.
