My answer is do what an Affiliate should be doing daily in their daily task.
And learn from the non-responsive sponsor and do the opposite of what he or she is doing become a good sponsor yourself. How the Affiliate feels now should teach the Affiliate how your downline will feel when you become the sponsor and are non-responsive. There is a lesson to be learnt here.
However the Affiliate is here to build his or her business, success does not depend on the sponsor but on the Affiliate him/herself.

There are many reasons the sponsor may not respond - difference in language, lack of communication skills, maybe not understanding the procedure themselves or many other reasons. The best thing is that the Affiliates should not judge and point fingers but do what is required of him or her to be successful.
