It is a good question. Every affiliate might have seen the advertisement that “Real internet income. Join SFI free and earn fast”. Therefore, most of the affiliates might have joined SFI with the intention that they can earn money fast without any investment and with less effort.
No genuine business works well without any investment. This is also known to all affiliates and they are also ready to invest small money into SFI business provided they are assured of getting reasonable income.

In your welcome letter to your affiliate explain the ways to become EA and EA2 without any investment.
