Most of the people at first are thinking that this is some job where they can try, take some money in short time and left.Those people who understand what marketing is are clear with that they need time, efforts and that results are coming later.I think we need to be honest at first time when we are explaining this job to someone. Personally, I avoid to attract people with words like get 500$ in one month.You gonna get only sign ups and after a while non active affiliates.Would be more appropriate if you try to explain in short what everything this company is offering as choices to earn money.Maybe they won`t like it all the possibilities but they can choose one or two,some option in here what from the first presentation looks like they could do successfully.That is ,by my meaning positive start and give a basement for confidence in the further work.Just be honest, give them at knowledge for all the things they need to do, for learning, daily activities and patience they need to have in the way to succeed.Maybe you won`t this way build fast your team but you will have a real team after some time.
