The best way is to contact them introduce yourself, assure them that you are always on their disposal to help.
If you have a blog,website or forum with guides pass on the link tell them that it will help. Many new members are confused when they log in to the SFI page, they always say there are to many buttons, so make sure that you have some guide even with photos and videos on how to get started.
Let them know how they can contact you at anytime either on facebook,skype or e-mail. Most important is that they stay assured that you are there to help them.
Send them a message and or an email in case they don't log in to SFI. If all that doesn't work do not give up after some time contact them again. It should start working after 2 or 3 times that you e-mailed and contacted them.
That is what I do and they slowly start to work and they do contact me and ask for help.
