Be an awesome sponsor to them. Some might be inactive because their sponsors are inactive and so might not understand the program since there is no one to guide them.
I have an inactive sponsor but that has not discouraged me, rather I looked up to my CoSponsor for assistance who has been very helpful and supportive. Another important factor is the language barrier.
Some affiliates do not come from English speaking countries and so find it hard to understand the program. I will advise you to find out the primary language of your CSAs and use the google translator to communicate with them effectively in their own language where they can easily understand you.
Show them the love which their sponsor may not have showed them and always be there for them. Remember, patience is very essential in succeeding in this business so do not jump to conclusion without close analysis.
You never can tell how active your CSAs may turn up to be when they discover that they have a loving and supportive CoSponsor who is always there for them.
