For the inactive/unresponsive members. There are not really much we can do. Same as you are I do also have lots of inactive CSAs but instead of trying things on how will I encourage my inactive CSAs,I'm focusing on my active down line (PSAs & CSAs) members because they are the ones has willingness to learn, and earn. but of course inactive CSAs are also belongs on your team so don't disregard them include them on your weekly Team/Mail, announcements and group contest. and hope for the Best!!
