Do you have inactive PSAs, too? What do you do with them?
I treat all my team members, PSAs and CSAs the same. You don't have to, because SFI gives you a chance to mail only PSAs or only CSAs, but you can also sent emails to the whole team. In my opinion, the message you are sending should be visible to all. Everybody in your team needs to know:
- who you are (the person behind the sponsor)
- how successful you are and how you achieved it
- what they can do and HOW
- that there are others who succeeded, too. (You give praise to Movers)
They might have been inactive for many different reasons. If the reasons are gone (illness, family issues, reluctance to trust an online business, inactive or not supportive sponsor)your emails with information I just mentioned may get them back to SFI and to your team.
