I send them an welcome chat, welcome letter, I treat them as an active CSA, the only thing I do different is I try to motivate them to start working their business by completing the To-do-list daily, and I started using the motivating tips and quotes now. I don't stop keeping in touch. I even let them know what I will reward them if they become an EA. I just keep working with them. Some have started some activities, but others haven't I just keep letting them know that I am here for them and looking forward to working with them. I always offer my assistance and I let them know they can also come to Ask SC or the forum if they have any questions,also read the different questions and answers here that may be a help to them. I let them know we all are here for them.
