I would say they are inactive for two reasons:
Or they did not understand the SFI program well
or they don`t like it , maybe they were hoping for easy money.
In both case the first thing is to check their to-do tabs and see what they missed already, also if they are inactive longer to see if they can come back easier and move forward.There is no rule in all this, some of them have a great Sponsor and just don`t want to work and will be maybe more active and communicate with CO-Sponsor.
In the purpose of moving forward what is good thing for all, I usually send a personal message to each one separately, informing them about what they need to do to raise their results.Once.If they start to move and show some efforts to move forward , then I am proceeding with communication but no more then once a week personally telling them strictly what they suppose to do. They already get my weekly messages so I think that type in communication is just enough for someone who really want to work.I always answering on their questions if any, and I am giving them at knowledge that can ask for my help in any time.
