There are many outsourcing portals online from where you can get done a dozens of E-books under your name (with catchy covers); just target a topic that is most sought-after e.g. healthcare, geeks (how to make apps for smartphone of any operating system), money-making tips and so on. These are the niches where people are generating a greater value of revenue every month. Once you're done, enlist these e-books on your own ECA store ... in my humble opinion, you will need to make little efforts in marketing your ECA store (products) on some ad posting channels. Generally, it will take you a couple of months in reaping the crop what you have done sowed with a smallest amount of seeds ($$$) ... please ignore my grammatical errors in this answer as English is not my mother tongue :) ...
