That is a good question because it is very easy for a lot of people to give up before they even get started. There is nothing more to do but to keep pushing forward and have a lot of patience. What I do is I look forward to the no's and all the negative that I get and then when I see those people again and I am making just a little progress they start to take notice.
It is very important to stay focused and to keep in contact with all your people even if they are not doing anything because if they see that you are moving along they start to make little bumps and may stop again but when they see that you are still at it they take notice and will look at what you have done and will want to follow you on the same path.
Again it does take a lot of patience but if you keep going and don't give up it will pay off in the long run. Just keep moving and you will get somewhere lack of movement keeps you in the same place and nothing happens when you don't move and it doesn't matter how slow or how fast you move just do it!
