It is very important to find something or somebody to encourage yourself. In every job you have "Idol" who you follow. When things go bad, just view "Idol's" results and it is already better. You can speak with them or listen them talk.
Sometimes, you puhing forward only to show your upline's that you can do it yourself. It is not reccomended method, but people do that too.
