You only need to find 5 serious people in your front line not an army of people.
Explain that by simply adding 1, 2 3 more people to their own team it will drastically improve the number of people in their organization. Failure to show this first presentation will hinder the duplication process. The idea is to give them the right information straight from the beginning, support them, set the standards for a proper team duplication.
Teach your 5 serious people how to get started and sponsor 5 other serious business builders to continue the duplication.
You can not build a strong organization by yourself. Your team duplication depends on your willingness and ability to teach others how to teach and sponsor.
The reality is that for duplication to occur, you need someone who wants to build his organization deep and not wide and not relying on his own efforts. You must be able to duplicate yourself at least 3 levels deep.
You need to work with the people you sponsored to get them started properly by sponsoring somebody else who will learn to sponsor somebody else and continue the duplication in your organization.
