When I first started I was crying to my co sponsor and my upline team because I was advertising and not getting any customers, so what got me pushing forward is the encouragement of my co sponsor, and advice from a2a friends to stick with it, even if I don't see results immediately keep doing little things everyday to grow my business, so in my first year the only thing I have been doing was accumulating versapoints month after month so that is how I made it to the E365 finals but unfortunately I did not win the championship so I cried to my co sponsor again and two of my a2a friends and they told me that I am a winner because after a year I am still here and I have earned lots of badges that is considering that I have not been reading or studying the way I should. So now my achievements are motivating me to start reading the materials more carefully so that I can really have a solid foundation.
Let me put it to you this way I was going through allot of frustrations and I too felt like giving up because first of all I was trying to construct a building but I wanted to start at the top, I was just in hurry to make money, because I am soooooo frustrated with my financial situation because I was going through a rough patch, so I was trying to construct a building in mid air. All I was doing was basically getting the points and saving the info for future use, WELL THAT IS TOTALLY WRONG ON MY PART!
Second problem was setting the right goals, so now I think I will look over my goals and start to make some adjustments. \
I was just trying to get the highest points but I did not really have some definite goals in mind.
My first year I was able to make it to the E365 finals but now on my second year I am really going to start studying, and continue on the marketing so what is pushing me forward is my determination and desire to succeed.
