You need to build your team but if your team is not able to teach others the process of duplication then success will be limited.
Duplication builds a strong team. If you learn all about SFI and you get others to join your team you will be able to answer their questions. Then you can demonstrate to them how you are having success and let them copy your methods. Just teach them how to do the same thing. In turn, they will teach others the same methods and the team will grow from strength to strength.
Duplication will help your business to run much easier. As your team members succeed you will succeed too. In other words, your success will depend on their success. It is better to have ten person in your team who will teach others than to have one hundred who will not.
Duplication creates wealth. Today people are looking for leaders. Once you demonstrate you are a leader and earn their trust they will have no problem in joining your team. They become duplicators and this creates leverage and ultimately residual income for you.
