We help them learn by teaching them. Most people learn by example. If we actively communicate with them they can watch how smart we invest into SFI to help us grow, they will in turn do the same, if they are also smart...
The most important thing is to stay connected to other affiliates so you are not only communicating within SFI, however through other ways, as well. Not everyone gets their news at SFI, or sees your actions while you are here, and they may not be online the same time as you are.
It is important to have a two-way communication between your affiliates and you at all times, both online and offline...so, they are always able to see your success with SFI growing as a result of your own investments, so they in turn may learn how investments equal growth and success for them, as well.
Be sure to always include a way to reach you to be available to teach them about the benefits of investing in SFI, such as FaceBook information, Skype, Twitter, SFI information, eMail address, and phone numbers, and other ways to communicate with you as well...always advertise via all these ways to communicate all investments you personally made with SFI, publish it in the signature of all outgoing eMail you send, on Twitter, FaceBook, talk about it on Skype, share with everyone what deals you got at TripleClicks which in turn helped you earn money from your own purchases, which was essentially an investment in yourself as well as in your SFI business! They will see the benefits of purchasing at SFI rather than another place they may buy the same items without earning from their investments into themselves and SFI...
By seeing, hearing, and learning the benefits always from you, they are eventually going to learn...if they are smart! I hope all your affiliates learn to be as smart by your example.
Not only will your affiliates see your success from investing but others you communicate with will also be learning which will help you gain more affiliates, too...
Even if you cannot teach affiliates how smart investing into SFI is, as long as you never forget to lead by example, eventually you will have smart investing SFI Affiliates...just remember SFI is a earn while you learn program...so, always help by teaching others to invest and as soon as they learn this, they will begin to earn, and see the benefits of smart investing into SFI.
The most important lessons are those learned in repetition because, once we stop teaching by example, nobody will be left to learn, nor teach! Never quit teaching or learning...be a great SFI sponsor and a team leader...lead by example.
If your affiliates never learn...you will continue to earn off your own personal investments, too. You will always benefit by investing into yourself and your business will grow. However, eventually someone will notice as long as you are communicating constantly everything you do...people always watch and learn about those that are smart enough to learn and teach how important it is to invest in themselves and their business to be successful...just as long as you never give up on investing into yourself no matter what others that watch you say or do.
Just know that it is sometimes a difficult lesson for others to learn, and some may never be smart enough to learn...but, do not let this discourage you from continuing to invest in yourself and always communicate the benefits in all you do...publish to FaceBook, Twitter, Skype, on SFI everywhere, on every outgoing message you send maybe in the signature, on business cards, in every conversation, and just tell everyone! Not all investments are financial; either...most of the advertising we also do is an investment in ourselves and SFI! Advertising whether paid for with money or word-of-mouth- or free, is also a form of an investment in SFI and ourselves...
Just always show others about the benefits of investing into ourselves and SFI both verbally and non-verbally through our actions.
