Getting people to act is as difficult here in SFI just as elsewhere, don't forget that our folks come from the same population that is around us all through the day. Wanting results without exerting and investing is just too common and may be they serve to give us good numbers in the outlying areas for closing each day. Only the handful that sticks its neck out and goes "Bash On, Regardless!" after the core results make our existence worthwhile.
For tangible earning focusing on "drivers" can only give results in terms of earning - the one reason that ALL of us are here. And if you happen to enroll a lot many "sleepers" it may still be worth the effort, if you are able to locate the 5 or 10 who "have what it takes". These will give you your returns and then you can let the silent majority just go click, click click and finally deactivate.
One way I can think of, is go for a large scale enrollment from net users to SFI through your own personal website(s), identify High Potential Individuals, and develop these few to make your team. I am working on this approach now, having tried mailing my team almost daily and getting at best a very lukewarm response from all but one or two (and this is is the state at the initial VersaPoints Stage, when I have not even mentioned any investments from them).
Two wins out of 24 means an attrition rate of 92% and maybe we just have to live with this. I can only say that if you want results, and are ready to work for it, then increase your total numbers, so your 8% will meet your objectives.
