The most important thing is to lead by example. If your PSAs and CSAs see that you are investing and getting ahead, they too will want to follow your lead. Communication is also key. By letting your team know, through constant communication, that SFI is a real business that require real investments, whether of time or money, they will be inclined to invest either or both.
It is also important to not be too pushy or else your team may feel pressured and lose interest.
