First and foremost the important factor for each affiliate is to believe that this is their own business.If it is my business, it requires an investment of time and money, just like any other venture. We should be prepared to accept that and put in the necessary effort to see results.
We have to log in every day to make sure that we are kept informed about our business. If I had a coffee shop, or a hardware store, I would need to go there every day, especially when starting up. This business is no different.
We need to advertise our business every day because we do not have a store where people walk by everyday. Whether it is paid advertising or free advertising, this needs to be done. We need to promote our business some way or other, and SFI provides lots of tools for that.
An easy way in this business is to make a minimum investment every month. Maintain a standing order for at least 1500VP each month so that we don't lose our EA status....and we get an extra 2 entries in the Daily Grand Drawings *each day*, 2 CSA's every month, some MRP’s and 100VP’s ACTION point each month. I look at my standing order as a rent I have to pay to keep my store open and my shelves stocked with product.
Our affiliates are our customers and so keep in touch with them regularly with the help of PSA, CSA, or Geneology mailer.
This is not a get rich quick business. It takes time to build relationships that produces results. It takes patience, persistence, and passion.
