As a Team Leader, how would you best communicate to your affiliates about investing at least certain amount of money to start with SFI is a smart way?
Make it simple by showing them an example. You will need to emphasize that they can only start receiving commission as per Compensation Plan, if they become EA, maintain EA2 and move up to the next level position of Team Leader.
Most affiliates joined SFI because; they can start on their own without investing money upfront. By starting with small investment, with time as their ally, coupled with, their determination, perseverance and consistency, they’ll be able to build their SFI business.
How to Start:
The second and third months of new affiliate’s SFI journey are critical. If they are to succeed, they will need to maintain EA2 and sponsoring at the same time. Being a Team Leader in order to help those affiliates learn the value of investing towards building their team, I will lead them as an example. By using the Genealogy, it’s easy to find out who is consistent in logging in and accumulating the daily VP Streak; and who are interested by keeping in touch asking questions.
First, I will show them the importance of logging in to SFI homepage everyday. In details, the monthly VPs breakdown. By knowing the total monthly Action VPs, they’ll be able to assess themselves and plan accordingly to achieve their goals. I’ll give my full support to them this could be in the form of TCredits or Gift Certificates to help them achieve their goals.
By doing this, you have shown them your trust and commitment in helping them to move forward.
