I would, without trying to be a salesman, communicate what I’m doing, ask them what they are doing and compare with each other. It might get them asking questions about what you’re processes are and you can share that information with them and they “decide” hey I want to be as successful as this person, so they do what you did/do. Invest a little bit of money in your business.
