For me and maybe many other people, its our teams, because without them we would get nowhere. The whole relationship is symbiotic, they need us to assist them and get them going on the right track, and then to be there for them whenever they need motivation or a small push in the right direction, but for the team leaders, quite simply we need them all the time, and every team leader should thank there team for the constant effort they put in.
