I try to maintain daily communication with my team and send them messages of support as well as also TIP (which I read and keep) of which are published daily in the website of SFI that teach to keep us interested in the business. I try to respond to all the questions that I made (whether people in my team or not). We are here to help us with us to form a "great deal" for all, whether or not our team. It should have dedication to service, and have three fundamental virtues in any business:
