I think a good leader must have the 3 P's:

-Persistence: he must never give up on problems, but face them all and fight for resolving them.

-Patience: in order to succeed in SFI, a good leader must not expect that everything can be resolved in a few moments; some things need time, such as training new affiliates, bringing back the lost ones, and so on.

-Power: this is the result of Persistence and Patience together; is the ability to go on and on, to persuade people to sign up to SFI, to make them fall in love with the network, above all to keep the fire burning.
