More valuable items are jack pot, but I think that everyday stuff goes better. People need ordinary things much more often than they buy a car or an estate. So I think you should focus on some items for daily use, because they have better chances for quick sell. But that doesn't mean you should entirely give up on more expensive things! You'll only need to wait longer for them to be sold, usually.
