Support messages should be exactly what it is... SUPPORT. It should convey your concerns for their success, growth and willingness to help where ever possible. In your message you should always ask, "how can I help you. Is there any thing that you need with or an explanation for, or how is your business progressing? Don't ever try to make people look or think very little of themselves. Always make them fell like they are the expert.
