I personally feel that as a successful leader in SFI, he must know how to motivate the affiliate and teach them what is duplication and how to do it. Duplication is important as the success or failure in this business is very much depends on how well we can teach our down lines to do as what we are doing to achieve our goals.
Besides, it is common for any one doing this business facing rejection from their prospect, hence they may feel down with many negative thinking about this business in their mind. So, motivation will play important role so that can change those negative thinking to positive thinking. If a leader is unable to do so, he may then lose his down lines.
A leader must also be a reader and learner especially in SFI because this business contain lots of information and there are many things to learn. Leaders that unwilling to learn will not be able to handle any queries from their affiliate. This may cause such affiliate lack of knowledge and will not be able to do recruitment, and hence may opt to quit from this business.
