2. Good Leader have mission vision & goal and follow what they learned.
3. They know that if they have to succeed then their down line have to succeed so they help their down line with any kind of difficulty they face in the business.
4. They need to have the right attitude-be positive, honest about everything, self-assured and motivating. Their team needs to see a can do attitude in order to believe things can be done.
and then successful leaders in SFI build their team.
In order to build their team they:
1. Advertise
Whether use paid or free advertising, this is a chance to recruit new affiliates who will in turn emulate and duplicate their actions thus helping the leader to become successful.
2. Communicate
A successful leader always communicates with his team.
Two ways communication with the Sponsor and their down line is important for the growth of the business so the successful leaders always keep clear and up to date communication.
