My input will be as follow just go with the flow and gut feeling but never give up I guess as long as we maintain a decent n good rapport with them n update them say on a weekly basis with some relevant input n encourage them a little at a time there is only so much we can do .
No need to keep pushing and pestering to buy stuff or going SO if the team is not ready just leave it as the saying goes you can bring a cow to the river but you cannot force it to drink
Be consistent and considerate and just work with those who are receptive open minded n are willing to put it the effort n resources to make it even baby steps
