1. Your webpage inside SFI (profile page and Leadership Page)
2. Your ECA store inside TripleClicks.
3. Your own Website OUTSIDE SFI.
The first one can not be viewed if one is not logged-in at SFI therefore there is no way it can be shown in google search.
You can not do anything about the second one because the control of its general content is not in your hands but of the hands of SFI webmaster. The SFI webmaster is not optimizing it for you but generally for the TripleClicks website.
Only the third type of website that you can do something to make it searchable to Google search. So I will address your question on these 3rd website.
In order to make your website searchable in Google you must apply certain rules on Search Engine Optimization (SEO). Google is using algorithm to arrange miilions of website according to importance.
We must understand that the whole business of Google Search and other search engine is anchored on giving the right information, therefore CONTENT is no.1 bases of any search engine including Google. Concentrate therefore on vital and original content in your website. Do not copy and paste the content, Google determine whoese the original by date and penalize the copied.
Next to content are correct amount of keywords since searchers type the keywords of what they want to find out.
Another consideration are the back links, bank link tells search engine that your content are important that other website are using its link in their websites.
There are other part of the algorithm that Google do not reveal or they keep on changing but the basic principle is, search engines aims to give exact and relevant in formation on the words that are being search. So make your site revolve around a subject and give good an relevant information on that theme.
