I learned in the Marine Corps that in order to be a great leader, you must first be a great follower. In order to instruct, critisize, or give advice, you must first learn how to follow instructions, take critisizim, and listen to advice. Every successful leader in SFI started their business with no downline, only an upline. Every successful leader, at some point has taken advice from someone else. Whether it was from their sponsor, upline, or from the people on the forum. All great leaders listen to what others have to say and to their ideas. God gave us two ears and only one mouth for a reason. A great leader must also be willing to do what he/she asks his/her people to do. Leading by example is one of the best trates of a successful leader and is most important in SFI because this is a business of duplication.
These are the things that successful leaders know and do, not just in SFI but in all areas of life.
