Well, I would say, they first have studied and gone through the Launch Pad Lessons not once but over and over again, because this is supposed to be the first and ultimate powerful tool that SFI has provided us with.
Then, they do is the duplication method and try to explain to their new affiliates that they have to duplicate them but without any force or mental stress so that person never ever feel that he/she is being forced.
