You get some change back as commission.If a PSA is doing nothing he is still at this time valuable. Reassign the PSA to another PSA so that PSA can earn 130VP a month for sending support mailers. You would be giving that PSA a better chance of being EA. More than that, he starts to learn to be a sponsor. You need that, and so does he.Some new affiliates will use up the one-time point and easily make EA quickly. Then they are in a quandary of how to get that many points again. They can use the 130VP for supporting a PSA.Quality is better than quantity, Go for both. Both is needed. But, SFI is designed to emphasize supportive sponsorship. And that is where your "work" really is.You can get a new PSA out of many enrollments that can "take the ball and run with it" without too much effort on your part. But those are few and far between. Keep enrolling and you will get some. Many of those inactive may possible come alive. Think of any similarity to your own life. We are all different and we are the same.They have about a year after their last log in before they are removed. SFI doesn't give up on them easily, and I won't either.
