I would like to think that these affiliates share the same vision as us when they signed in. To have a better future. However, some (I'd like to think) cannot comprehend as fast as the others due to various reasons. One can be, their level of understanding English.
So, when I send a message to them, i make sure that I use simple words and I itemize the steps that they need to do so they can follow.
