An Entrepreneur's mind is full of creative and innovative thoughts and ideas on how to push their business to another level. SFI business just needs that. These are the people who energize the business.
The people who do not have above qualities are not leaders and are not motivated. THEY ARE SIMPLY NOT MOTIVATED. LAZINESS YOU CAN CALL IT. You can't do anything with them.
My advise: Don't waste time, keep looking for the ENTREPRENEUR.
