Before you start judging yourself or your affiliates, try to be completely honest. Not all of us were born with same leader skills.
-Try explaining to them how they can profit from SFI.
-The focus should be on finding new members and work with the employees.
-Not to mention all the SFI sponsoring lessons which can be very helpful as well, but every lesson and tip you read try to express in your own words.
