I send out emails still saying that we miss having you participate, I keep trying to get them involved by stating what they can become.
I sometimes even have them reassigned to see if they will bloom then. Sometimes another person can get the person to prosper with the other affiliates news even if it is the same thing that I gave.
The best thing to do is to be patient because the affiliates do not go at same pace, some need time, just be there for them when they do start doing the work that is needed to prosper with SFI.
Some do, some do not, oh well. who is next and work with your movers so they do not get left behind.
