Before you start judging yourself or your affiliates, try to be completely honest. Not all of us were born with same leader skills, and I'm not saying that it has to be an innate characteristic. It is an advantage of course, but as time goes by, you can learn how to become more assertive and convincing. Not to mention all the SFI sponsoring lessons which can be very helpful as well! But every lesson and tip you read try to express in your own words. Make it sound real, and that is possible only if you believe in what you are trying to explain to others. Then, if you can honestly say that you have tried your best, the rest it is up to them.
SFI is not for everybody, and it's not necessarily your fault if someone wasn't interested enough. After all, it will be THEIR end in this business, not yours!
