The only thing you can do, is to continue to encourage them to be productive with their SFI business! Most people don't want to learn how to achieve success, unless it's given to them instead. Don't let your own accomplishments go lacking because of your affiliates not willing to participate. This will surely bring your status down and possibly the business along with it.
