They'd do nothing. I know it well enough because I was one of those affiliates who did nothing for 8 long years. While it's another thing that my immediately sponsor doesn't do anything either, others in my upline constantly support me by sending in regular emails. I am now learning to do the same thing to my downline.
So, the answer: you'd do nothing. You'd move on. You'll continue to encourage. You'll do your best.
Don't give up hope. Work hard to sponsor ( even go offline and share the link, if you have to). As you remain an executive affiliate, you'll continue to get your2 CSAs per month. Do a standing order on S-Builder and you'd get a few more affiliates. Win a few price bender auctions for CSAs and PSAs and you have some more affiliates under you. As you continue to do this, your downline will grow. What you can't achieve through "affiliates who do nothing" can now be achieved through "sheer numbers".
