In fact, there is very little one can actually do with affiliates who never do anything despite of the constant encouragement and offers of support from their sponsors. They have somewhat got stuck-up with the program. They do not see this program from the same perspective as their sponsors. They do not believe that they will be able to make money within this program and they do not trust it to say the least.
The only way for the sponsors to deal with such affiliates is to create a 'trust' with them first. Got to show them that you and only you are the best leader and or their mentor to be followed.Show them the proof that you are successful online, and, that you can lead them to make money online successfully too.
Best of all the latest trend online now is to advertise for your affiliates and find a certain number of affiliates for them to hold on to, and start making money immediately for themselves. Once you are able to do that they will start working for themselves too and be own their own. Hence these same affiliates will not only cut even their cost of being online, but, they will be making extra money.
I have seen a number of programs, where the sponsor works and advertises until his affiliates get 6, 8 or even 10 referrals in their down-line. When this happens, nobody will ever remain inactive or quit.The reason being that they will also be making money.
Try this new trend now, and believe me you will not have a single inactive affiliate in your downline.
