Other members have already expressed their answers very well and I agree with those who say to not waste any energy worrying about affiliates who never do anything with their SFI business; it is their loss.
I say keep including those affiliates in your group messages because you never know when something you say will finally catch their attention and ignite their interest. It is not our job to drag unwilling affiliates through. It is our job to provide them with insightful tips and ideas on how to build the business. Some will respond while others won't. When they don't, it's not your fault.
One more thought: when you send messages to your team, always be positive and confident and write your messages as though you fully expect they will follow your recommendations.
