Don't give up on any affiliates, no matter what! Whether they sit at 0 and have not even confirmed registration or whether they have completed the entire VP Ledger, don't leave any affiliate out of the loop. Write to them every week at least once.
The affiliates who are making some effort or who are really doing well need encouragement and acknowledgement for a job well done if they have reached EA or any Team Leader level. Be sure you tell them you will share their accomplishments with other affiliates, either through the Stream, the Forum or both. If affiliates write to you for any reason, be sure to quickly respond to them, even if they simply wrote you a thank-you message or congratulated you on an achievement. Remember that kindness, courteousness and gentle direction and guidance pays off.
The affiliates who seem to not be doing anything right now might, through changes in circumstances or their thinking about your messages, begin to really work hard at this business and catch up or even surpass those who have been your movers for quite a while. Even if they don't, unless they allow the business to lapse or they cancel or opt out, don't completely stop communicating with them. It will pay off, because this will sort out the true workers from those who really don't want to be involved at all.
Above all, have fun with your business and enjoy meeting new people and loving them, because it is the business they are accepting or rejecting, not you. You set an example for them, whether they get the message or not.
