On my end, I try to understand indiviudal difference since affiliates come from 197 countries of different cultures, languages, ages level, gender and of other types that may exist. I do respect these differences and offer personal assistance through on line training for them to log in again. My mailers contain news what is new with SFI that probably would help them in a way, let them feel free to ask questions about the business and offers personal tutorial online when they log in. In this way I would be able to build trust and here to extend my assistance anytime the best I can to support them. My mailers contains my email address everytime I send them since some of them actually has not started.
I never stop sending mailers even I do not received a reply until I can get a reply from an irritated affiliate on unread bulk emails or SFI will remove them in my list.
There was one who replied in my yahoomail, asking me to stop sending emails since he became irritated on the unread bulk emails he received related to SFI. I told him to send a letter to SFI to include himself in the list of opt or removal from SFI. In this way, he would not receive emails from me through SFI. Divert my time to other affiliates who are still on the list.
