You will get lots of affiliates who are not active, and hardly ever sign in at all. Every month you must always get in touch with them but you must always continue sponsoring and sooner or later like the small end of the funnel you will get a few hardworking affiliates, so those are the ones you should have on your team the rest who do not work don't even bother with them. Successful people are the affiliates who want to succeed without you having to constantly encourage them because they are already motivated, look at me, I have a sponsor who never talks to me but I am motivated and I am much more successful than when I first started. To answer your question on what should you do you must continue advertising to get more affiliates and then you must always check your genealogy to see which ones are the workers, check their VP legder to see how much they have been doing and see how often they log in then you will know which ones you will work with .
