ANS- We can not say the Affiliates which are not responding in right way will not respond in future, so it is necessary to encourage them time to time.
As we see Life happens outside of SFI. We never forgot about aims and dreams.
We simply keep them hold in time to time.When the time will come in favour they will respond.
