Motivate them to do what you did in SFI.
You may send regular team mail that encourage and make them an Income Earner.
Give all the Tips and Notes that you Learn from SFI.
The Result is in their hand. If they want Extra Income they will do something that get them a earning.
If they did as so reward them or Transfer TCredits to feeling them you are here to help them.
