You have goal to be successful in this business and naturally you want that for everybody in your downline. Send them weakly e-mails and remind them that money doesn't grow on trees. That they can earn money only if they stay focused. Everything can be learned and that is not shame to seek help.
And offer them your assistance in everything they need.
If they still do nothing, move on and find someone who will be worthy of your time and energy. Take care.
